He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6

One boy said to another, “My daddy has a list of men that he can whip, and your dad’s name is number one on the list.” Little Jimmy went home and told this to his father.

So Jimmy’s daddy went to Billy’s daddy and asked, “Is that right?” Billy’s dad said, “Yeah, that’s right.” So Jimmy’s dad said, “Well, I don’t believe you can do it. What do you think about that?” Billy’s dad answered, “I think I’m going to take your name off the list.”

God never has to take our name off the list. He never starts anything He can’t finish.
